CERTOP Ltd. is an accredited certification body, our certification activities are accredited by the Hungarian National Accreditation Authority (NAH) which ensures compliance with international accreditation requirements.

Basic condition of our operation as a conformity assessment organization is long-term maintainance of trust and integrity in our activities. Our organizational operation is based on the principles of certification bodies (impartiality, competence, responsibility, openness, confidentiality, responsivness to complaints, risk-based approach), which we expect all our employees and certification staff to respect, and adhere to in our contracts.

The regulation of our certification activity is based on ISO/IEC 17021-1 standard requirements which we use also as a management tool to make our professional and business operation transparent, ensure continuous improvement of quality services.

We regulary train our external and internal staff to maintain their professional competence and skills. However, we also expect our staff to adopt and keep Policy, the professional requirements and ethical norms.

With all our tools and knowledge, we aim to ensure and maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of managed data and information, as well as to minimize risks that threaten the security of our operations. We ensure the protection of our infrastructure and assets with modern IT solutions, and we continuously train our employees and contracted personnel.

Our core values include security, efficiency, risk management, solutions, continuous improvement of our management system, regular training and skills development of our staff.

Our mission is to provide highly professional certification services and ensure maximum compliance with accreditation requirements and rules to help our partners’ competitiveness.

We are committed to the impartiality of the certification activity, manage any conflicts of interest that may arise during certification and ensure the objectivity of certification decisions. Our management ensures business continuity through regular  risk assessments.
